Kids from all over the area can come and climb together in fun, friendly competitions open to all ability levels and experience. No experience necessary!! The Youth Climbing Series is a recreational indoor climbing league for 13 and under climbers from around the area. Over the course of the winter we will host several climbing competitions at the Philadelphia Rock Gym. The competitions are designed to be fun and inclusive for climbers of all levels of ability and experience. There are 3 Age/Experience Categories for each gender: 9 and under, 10-11 and 12-13. Competitions will include awards and raffles, as well as a lot of fun! For more information regarding rules, please contact the gym.
Competitions are on Saturday
mornings: Competitors may attend as many or as few of the competitions as they would like. Awards will be given for placements at each competition, and for overall placement at the end of the series. Anyone 13 and under. No previous experience is necessary. Each competition costs $22 per person. All climbers must register no later than the Friday before the competition they wish to attend. All competitors under the age of 18 are required to have permission from a parent or legal guardian in the form of a signed Philadelphia Rock Gym waiver.
