  • Are Purchases Refundable?

    All purchases through our retail partner sites are subject to the brand policies.  Please review the brand website for return and refund policies.

  • What Portion Of The Proceeds Goes To PRG?

    Each offer varies, but every partner brand has dedicated a portion of sales commensurate to our existing wholesale pricing, so the gyms receive some much-needed support from every purchase.

  • I Have A PRG Credit Or Gift Card. Can I Use This Towards Retail Partner Specials?

    Unfortunately, PRG credits and gift cards can not be applied through our partner websites or online sales platform.

    If you would like to purchase a gift card towards a future product or service, those purchases go directly to PRG as well.
