PRG Clubhouse

Inspired by a love for active living, problem solving, creative thinking and FUN, PRG Clubhouse is a live, interactive online program for kids hosted by our very own PRG Coaches!

During each virtual session, coaches will facilitate a variety of activities such as physical activity, interactive games, videos, art and more depending on the theme.

Participants will receive a link to a private PRG hosted Zoom conference room prior to their scheduled session time each week so be sure your email information is up to date when signing up.

PRG Clubhouse FAQ

Register online by clicking the links above.

You will be asked to either log in or Create a New Account.  When creating a new account, please do so using your child’s name, then you may select the date(s) of your choice and finish signing up.  If your child already has an account with us (with a valid email address), you will have the option to select from a list of similar names, or if you have already set up a user name and password, you may log in using those.

If you cannot find the program enrollment you are looking for:
At the top of the registration page make sure the Enrollments tab is selected.

Below that are several drop down boxes. From left to right those boxes determine the location, enrollment type and other specific program information that will allow you to search for the program of your choice.

Be sure the date is set the current date or the date of the program for which you are searching.

Cost is based on the number of times a device will log in for the session, not the number of participants.  In other words, if siblings want to attend the same session at the 1 day rate, the cost is $15 total.   Likewise, if siblings want to attend 4 different sessions together, only one 4-day package will need to be purchased.

PRG coaches will email all participants no less than 3 days before the scheduled class time.  It is very important that we have your current email address on file under the participant signed up so that we can email you details prior to class such as:

-“Zoom” meeting room ID and password.  PRG coaches will be using the platform “Zoom” at www.zoom.us.  This video conferencing program allows for:
—Participants to be muted/ unmuted, video camera on/ off,
—Instructor screen sharing and/or interactive screen board enabled/ disabled
—A private conference room for only PRG community participants and employees to enter

-Any household materials that will be needed by the start of the next Zoom session (i.e. crayons, paper, scissors, etc.)

-Materials that can be printed out ahead of time and used during class to enhance follow-along or engagement/ interaction opportunities.  This part is optional.

Computer and internet access is required since PRG coaches will be using the platform “Zoom” (www.zoom.us) to conduct circle time sessions.  An enabled webcam/ microphone is optional for each participant however those who are able to speak to the instructor and peers as well as be seen will enjoy a more interactive experience.

A valid email address for a parent to use is also required since that will be the main mode of communication prior to each circle time session.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in- most circle time sessions will have a physical activity segment such as yoga, exercises, dance, etc.

An email will be sent to parents 1-3 days before the scheduled PRG Clubhouse session to disperse the following information:

Space in each Clubhouse session is currently limited to 10 participants.  If you know you will miss your scheduled session, please inform us by emailing kids@philarockgym.com so that we can give your space to another child.
